These are the Terms and Conditions for Sale governing the contractual relationship for the purchase of products that Tierra de Preguntas S.L. offers in its Online Store www.terradepreguntas.com.
The Terms and Conditions of Sale described below, exclusively govern the contractual relations between the users of the Tierra de Preguntas S.L. website (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") and the seller, which is the platform/online shop terradepreguntas.com (hereinafter referred to as "Tierra de Preguntas" and "Us").
"Contract" refers to the sales/purchase transaction that is executed through this document. "Product" refers to the goods purchased.
Therefore, users agree to carefully read the contracting conditions each time they contract a product, because they could have been subject to change since the last time it was accessed.
By accepting these General Sales Conditions, the user states:

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Spanish legislation. In the event of a dispute concerning the interpretation, performance or validity of these general conditions of sale, the contracting parties shall submit to the Courts of A Coruña, expressly renouncing any other jurisdiction that may apply, and the party in breach of the contract shall bear with the judicial and extrajudicial costs arising from the claim, including lawyer and attorney fees, etc.
The prices that are indicated for each product include the Value Added Tax (VAT) or other taxes that may be applicable and in any event shall be expressed in the currency Euro (€). These prices, unless it is explicitly stated otherwise, do not include shipping costs, or any other additional services and annexes to the product or service purchased. For greater transparency, the price of transportation is added at the end of the order, depending on the weight and destination.
The prices applicable to each product will be those published on the website and applied automatically by the contracting process during the last phase of purchase. The client understands that, in any event, the economic valuation of some of the products may vary in real time. Tierra de Preguntas reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the registration of the order.

In all cases the order number assigned and specified in the email confirming the purchase must be specified in the email subject line or given verbally to the sales operator.

www.terradepreguntas.com has a payment gateway integrated by Bankinter that makes it possible for customers to purchase in a secure environment. Notwithstanding, Tierra de Preguntas reserves the right to refuse purchases with doubtful credit/debit cards.
Tierra de Preguntas accepts VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards.
A possible rejection of the credit card may be due to:
- Not having your credit/debit card activated for SEC (Secure E-Commerce). To activate it you must provide your bank with your mobile phone number so that for each operation you are sent a secret code by SMS which you will have to enter in the virtual platform in order to make your purchase even more secure. There are banks which allow up to 3 purchases by credit card without the SEC being activated.
- You have exceeded the card's purchase limit.
- You have exceeded the credit card expiration date.
- You have incorrectly entered any of the requested data.
Tierra de Preguntas guarantees the utmost safety and confidentiality when shopping at its store. The data relating to your credit card are encrypted using the SSL security protocol and transmitted directly to the corresponding bank, which is the one that accepts or rejects the payment. In this way, the information transmitted by the network is absolutely safe. Tierra de Preguntas does not keep these data, so it can neither view nor file them.
Payment by bank deposit/transfer:
If you choose this method of payment, once you have selected it, you will receive an email specifying the steps you must follow. You will be given an account number for the deposit/transfer of the amount of your purchase.
Once the order is placed, you have 3 days to make the deposit/bank transfer. Once we have verified that the charge to the account number provided has been executed, we will confirm your order.
Your order will be cancelled after 5 days if the deposit/transfer is not made.
The buyer shall be responsible for any transfer fees.
You may also pay for your purchases, or send and receive money without sharing your card or bank account data by simply creating an account at www.paypal.com.
Through the online store, customers can purchase on any day of the week at any time of day, including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
The orders will be processed from Monday to Friday. If the order is placed before 1:30 pm on a business day, the order will be processed on the same day. Otherwise, the order will be processed on the following business day.
Orders placed after 1:30 on Friday or on the eve of a public holiday will be processed on the following business day.
Once the customer receives confirmation that their order has been shipped, they will receive it in 48h-72h and always during business hours (in the mainland territory). No cold shipments will be made to Ceuta, Melilla and European countries and specific rates and delivery times shall apply.
No orders will be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
In addition, Tierra de Preguntas reserves the right to cancel any order placed by a customer and to fully refund the amount paid.
Orders will be delivered to the address specified by the customer. Therefore, Tierra de Preguntas will not be responsible if the delivery of the product or service is not carried out as a result of the data provided by the customer is false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the assigned shipping company's control, such as the absence of the recipient.
Without prejudice to the above, Tierra de Preguntas must adopt the measures expected of a diligent trader so that delivery can be made at the agreed time, and if not, as soon as possible, to the satisfaction of both the sender and the recipient, whereby Tierra de Preguntas may not be held liable.
As soon as the order leaves Tierra de Preguntas, an email will be sent to confirm its shipping. In order to optimize the delivery, in addition to indicating the address where the order is to be delivered, we will also need a contact telephone number in order to solve any mishaps that could arise during the delivery.
Two delivery attempts are included. Notice will be left if the recipient is absent (provided access is possible), providing data of the office where the customer can pick up the shipment within a maximum period of 15 days. After this period, the order will be returned to sender. If the recipient does not go to the office to pick up the shipment or the address is incorrect or incomplete, after a period of 15 days, the shipment will be returned to sender.
When you receive your package, you must:
- Check that you are satisfied with the goods delivered.
- In the delivery note point out any anomaly, stating your non-conformity and including your signature.
The recipient's signature will be necessary to proceed to the delivery of the goods.
In the event of non-compliance with the contractually agreed delivery period, the compensation to be paid will be the return of the shipping fee paid by the customer. The absence of the recipient, a change of address or an unknown address, out-of-term deliveries in the second attempt at delivery, causes of force majeure or other causes not attributable to the transportation agency shall not be considered a breach in the delivery. If the order is rejected by the recipient or the recipient is absent, Tierra de Preguntas does not assume any responsibility and reserves the right to charge the customer the full the order amount.

In general, the SHIPPING RATES ARE 5,45€ VAT included. However, the shipping costs will be free for orders over 50€, VAT included, applicable only for shipments within mainland Spain.
These conditions will apply to shipments contracted in default of covenants or specific conditions arising from the uniqueness of each product or service.
In general, in order to process any changes or refunds, it is essential for the customer to contact us in advance. No changes or refunds will be accepted if prior notice has not been received.
There is a period of 14 calendar days for returns, counting from the day following receipt of the order.
To return goods, these must be packaged securely and include the order number, full name and address, and the receipt or other proof of shipment.
For food safety reasons, the products that require refrigeration (cheese, pork rinds and sausages) may not be returned except in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrect products.
Products damaged during shipment, or defective or incorrect products:
It is important that the customer checks the status of their purchase as soon as it is received. If at the time of delivery it is clearly visible (without having to manipulate the shipping packaging or the product packaging) that a product is faulty as a result of its shipping, or if an error in the goods received is detected, the customer must:
- Indicate it on the delivery slip when signing it. In accordance with the shipper standards: The DELIVERY NOTE is proof of the condition of the goods. The consignee is obliged to record upon delivery if the shipment is damaged and if the shipment is complete. Therefore, no claims will be admitted if they are not stated in the delivery notes.
- In the course of the 48 hours following receipt of an order, send an email to email@example.com clearly stating the nature of the problem or reason for return and attaching a photograph of the damaged product.
If one or more products are damaged as a result of their shipping, or if they do not correspond to the order placed, we will send you a new product or we will refund you for the full amount by the same means in which payment was made. Tierra de Preguntas will bear all shipping costs provided that the product has not been used, altered, or tampered with.
For the return, the goods must be packaged securely within the original packaging and include the order number, full name and address, and the receipt or other proof of shipment. All returned products are the responsibility of the user until they reach our warehouse.
Shippers will not accept the return of goods if the client opens the box in their presence, but you may check outside of the box and if it is wet or visibly damaged, you must not accept the order. Our shipper will notify us of the incidence and we will automatically send you a new shipment at no cost.
Return for reasons beyond the control of Tierra de Preguntas:
If the customer is not satisfied with the products purchased from Tierra de Preguntas, even if they are in good condition, they may likewise be returned within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days, counting as of the date of receipt of the product, except in the case of fresh products that require refrigeration (sausages and cheeses), given that the nature of the goods purchased does not allow it. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
Returns must be sent together with the delivery note. The refund amount shall be credited.
However, bear in mind that the shipping costs of the returned goods shall be borne by the customer, as well as any bank fees generated as a result of this transaction.

Shipping costs for returned goods:
If the goods are returned because the shipment is defective, or it has arrived in poor condition, or does not correspond to the product ordered, Tierra de Preguntas will bear all costs for the returned goods.
If the goods are returned for any other reason, not attributable to Tierra de Preguntas, the customer shall bear the costs of the return. There are two ways of returning goods: return the product with a shipper of your choice, or opt for the goods to be collected at your home by the Tierra de Preguntas shipper, and the cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
