The know-how accumulated over the years in the traditional slaughters of the Galician villages is reflected in these chorizos made in the province of Lugo, from premium pigs fed with cereals and chestnuts.

Once selected the meat is marinated with a combination of spices, with paprika as the main flavour, giving it its characteristic red colour.
It is stuffed in natural pig gut, and smoke cured in a traditional way, giving it its characteristic flavour, which perfectly balances the product's own spiciness. Ideal for serving both raw and boiled or grilled, it is a very succulent piece of exquisite flavour, with a pleasant texture that is not greasy.

Designation of Origin: Ribeiro
Subarea: Beade
Grape variety: Treixadura 80%, Godello 20%
Alcohol: 13% Vol
Vintage: 2016
Capacity: 75 cl

The banks of the river Avia, a tributary of the river Miño, on its passage through the county of Beade (Ourense), create a unique microclimate for winemaking. The river moderates the winter frost and the intense summer heat. Its banks of granite rock, and its recesses with multiple orientations, make the perfect equation to create a great wine.

In this enclave made for viticulture, there is a small family winery. For several generations, using Treixadura (80%) and Godello (20%) grapes, they have produced this excellent Ribeiro Designation of Origin white wine. Using practically artisanal methods to obtain a very solid wine, with a balanced palate and sensations of fineness and delicacy.

Designation of Origin: Ribeira Sacra
Subarea: Amandi
Grape variety: Mencía
Alcohol: 13% Vol
Vintage: 2016
Capacity: 75 cl

Red wine belonging to the Ribeira Sacra Designation of Origin (Amandi), and produced specifically in the centennial vineyards of the Amandi area, the most famous area of the Ribeira Sacra.

Made from Mencía grapes, this wine has been made for 5 generations in the winery located in Sober on the slopes of the River Sil, with its steep terrain on the river canyons that has given rise to what is called "heroic viticulture", performed by great lovers of this wine since Roman times.

From then to the present day, high quality wines have been produced, due to their careful, special and artisan selection of the raw material.

The difficulty of this area generates limited productions, but of excellent quality that give the wine a balanced acidity, thanks to the area's combination of hours of sun and rain, contributing a greater aromatic intensity, and its characteristic red cherry and violet hues.

It is harvested manually in small boxes, so that the grapes arrive at the winery intact, where they are selected by hand.

The miracle is to obtain small productions of these exclusive wines in which fructosity and clean aromas are predominant.

Terra de Preguntas’ mussels in pickle sauce are grown in the Muros-Noia ría, where they undergo a maturing process for the time necessary to ensure they reach the required size and achieve the optimum result. After harvesting, the mussels are processed using artisanal methods, where they are washed in sea water, cooked and then marinated in a traditional pickle sauce made from natural ingredients: olive oil, vinegar, onion, garlic and spices. This brings out the original flavour of the Galician mussel with pickle sauce, guaranteeing a gourmet preserve with an exceptional taste.

The Terra de Preguntas razor clams are caught in the Arousa Estuary, an ideal habitat for the growth of this mollusc. In search of excellence, they select breeding banks combining perfect salinity of their waters, impressive sandbanks, and natural shelter against the inclement conditions of the sea.

Artisan methods are used for their packaging, purifying them and steaming them; they are then washed with warm salt water to enhance their flavour. They are packed and liquid is added to cover them straight away: hot water from cooking the razor clams. They are carefully de-shelled manually one by one. This ensures that the pieces are not broken and can be packed whole. Finally they are covered with natural water for their preservation, obtaining maximum quality preservation and intense flavour.
