This organic chestnut cream is made from one of the most select products of Galicia, the chestnut, with a flavour that takes you directly to the Galician forests from which it comes, la Sierra del Courel.

This mountain range is a natural Galician landscape of immeasurable beauty. It has very rich vegetation, where we can find chestnut trees surrounding the valleys. This is where the raw material is collected.

The chestnuts are preserved in sand until it is time to prepare them to concentrate the sugars emphasising their characteristic flavour.

Organic processing, recognised with the Organic Farming stamp, which treats the surrounding environment with the greatest respect, and where the production is totally artisan, following traditional methods, keeping the chestnuts in sand until it is time for their preparation and without using pesticides or preservatives.

The know-how accumulated over the years in the traditional slaughters of the Galician villages is reflected in these chorizos made in the province of Lugo, from premium pigs fed with cereals and chestnuts.

Once selected the meat is marinated with a combination of spices, with paprika as the main flavour, giving it its characteristic red colour. 
It is stuffed in natural pig gut, and smoke cured in a traditional way, giving it its characteristic flavour, which perfectly balances the product's own spiciness. Ideal for serving both raw and boiled or grilled, it is a very succulent piece of exquisite flavour, with a pleasant texture that is not greasy.

This product is free of colourings and additives.

Red wine belonging to the Ribeira Sacra Designation of Origin (Amandi), and produced specifically in the centennial vineyards of the Amandi area, the most famous area of the Ribeira Sacra.

Made from Mencía grapes, this wine has been made for 5 generations in the winery located in Sober on the slopes of the River Sil, with its steep terrain on the river canyons that has given rise to what is called "heroic viticulture", performed by great lovers of this wine since Roman times.

From then to the present day, high quality wines have been produced, due to their careful, special and artisan selection of the raw material.

The difficulty of this area generates limited productions, but of excellent quality that give the wine a balanced acidity, thanks to the area's combination of hours of sun and rain, contributing a greater aromatic intensity, and its characteristic red cherry and violet hues.

It is harvested manually in small boxes, so that the grapes arrive at the winery intact, where they are selected by hand.

The miracle is to obtain small productions of these exclusive wines in which fructosity and clean aromas are predominant.

Liqueur made from the best Ribeira Sacra Mencía grapes. It is distilled in copper and subsequently it is steeped with a variety of 20 herbs that can only be determined by the know-how of countless generations. Its flavour takes you to the countryside thanks to its touch of medicinal and balsamic herbs, making it pleasantly soft on the palate.

Fished along the Galician coast (Arousa Estuary) using 100% artisan methods. To keep their unique properties and flavour intact, they are prepared the same day they arrive at port, using a traditional technique that has passed down from generation to generation over 50 years.

They are covered in salt as soon as they are received and are then soaked in brine. They are then slowly and carefully cleaned and subjected to a roasting process. Finally, they are delicately cut and hand-packed, and olive oil is added preserving their flavour and texture. They are stored in the cellar for at least 6 months for the perfect combination of flavours between the sardine and the oil.

Excellent tuna belly, obtained from tuna fish in areas of the Atlantic using traditional fishing gear only captured in season (not frozen). Its great flavour and soft texture, make this one of the most value parts of the tuna.

For its elaboration it is essential for the process to be carried out manually. Centennial know-how that has led to their own artisan process giving this tuna belly a unique flavour.

The tuna bellies are boiled in small quantities to avoid damaging the pieces that are later cleaned by hand. Finally the thin layers are separated one by one and delicately cleaned before being packed, ensuring they are all the same size. To cover, extra virgin olive oil is used, enhancing the flavour of an already exceptional product.

The cans are then closed and sterilised, a rigorously controlled process guaranteeing the quality and preservation of the product for years without the addition of artificial preservatives.
