Made from 100% Godello grapes, a native Galician grape from the Valdeorras area. This grape grows in small, tight, dense bunches with an oval shape and intense green colour. It is a very fine and delicate wine, with a straw yellow colour and greenish reflections, clean and bright, with hints of ripe fruit. An exclusive wine, with structure and intensity, and at the same time fruity and lingering.

Terra de Preguntas’ mussels in pickle sauce are grown in the Muros-Noia ría, where they undergo a maturing process for the time necessary to ensure they reach the required size and achieve the optimum result. After harvesting, the mussels are processed using artisanal methods, where they are washed in sea water, cooked and then marinated in a traditional pickle sauce made from natural ingredients: olive oil, vinegar, onion, garlic and spices. This brings out the original flavour of the Galician mussel with pickle sauce, guaranteeing a gourmet preserve with an exceptional taste.
