A small family winery, just 2 hectares of vineyards, some centennial vineyards and lots of know-how. That is all it takes to create a great Albariño.

Set within the Rías Baixas Designation of Origin, this white wine is made from own strains, cultivated with dedication in a privileged area of Val do Salnés, with a mixture of traditional viticulture with more modern oenological touches.

The result is a wine made by "Albariño artisans", but with a unique and sophisticated character.

Terra de Preguntas’ mussels in pickle sauce are grown in the Muros-Noia ría. After harvesting, the mussels are processed using artisanal methods, where they are washed in sea water, cooked and then marinated in a traditional pickle sauce made from natural ingredients: olive oil, vinegar, onion, garlic and spices. This brings out the original flavour of the Galician mussel with pickle sauce, guaranteeing a gourmet preserve with an exceptional taste.

Excellent tuna belly, obtained from tuna fish in areas of the Atlantic using traditional fishing gear only captured in season (not frozen). Its great flavour and soft texture, make this one of the most value parts of the tuna.

For its elaboration it is essential for the process to be carried out manually. Centennial know-how that has led to their own artisan process giving this tuna belly a unique flavour.

The tuna bellies are boiled in small quantities to avoid damaging the pieces that are later cleaned by hand. Finally the thin layers are separated one by one and delicately cleaned before being packed, ensuring they are all the same size. To cover, extra virgin olive oil is used, enhancing the flavour of an already exceptional product.

The cans are then closed and sterilised, a rigorously controlled process guaranteeing the quality and preservation of the product for years without the addition of artificial preservatives.
