The winery is located in the basin of the Douro River and into it flows the Támega River, which crosses the Monterrei region from north to south.

It has a Mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers and cold winters. The area presents considerable thermal oscillations, of up to 30º during the ripening season.

As for the soils, in the region of Monterrei three types of soils are present: Slate and schistose, Granitic and Sandy and Sedimentary.

The result of the slaty and schistose soils, suitable during times of drought, is the aromatic red wine Mencía D.O.Monterrei

New Terra de Questions chorizos, more quality, more artisan and traditional.

The know-how accumulated over the years in the traditional slaughters of the Galician villages is reflected in these chorizos made in the province of Lugo, from premium pigs fed base of corn flour, cereals, vegetables, vegetables and seasonal fruits.

Once selected the meat is marinated with a combination of spices, with paprika as the main flavour, giving it its characteristic red colour. 

It is stuffed in natural pig gut, and smoke cured in a traditional way, giving it its characteristic flavour, which perfectly balances the product's own spiciness. Ideal for serving both raw and boiled or grilled, it is a very succulent piece of exquisite flavour, with a pleasant texture that is not greasy.

This product is free of colourings and additives.

It is presented in packs of 5 vacuum packed units, so that you can keep them for a long period of time while maintaining all their aroma and flavor.

New Terra de Preguntas sausages with a traditional and unmistakable flavour.

Thanks to an artisan elaboration, our sausage transports you to a unique moment when you savor a piece of it. It is made in the province of Lugo in a traditional way, based on ham, bacon and a mixture of spices such as nutmeg or black pepper, which gives it the intense and characteristic flavor of this product.

The meat is stuffed into natural pork casing and covered with rice flour, giving the sausage its characteristic texture. Both the ingredients used in its preparation and its natural curing for 45 days make this sausage a piece of the highest quality.

It comes in packages of 300 to 400 grams vacuum packed so that you can enjoy the sausages for a long period of time without losing its aroma and flavor. It is recommended to store in a cool and dry place.
