A unique product made from  wild blueberries collected one by one with the greatest care in the centenary chestnut of Santa Eufemia del Caurel, where this jam is produced following ancestral processes, in a completely natural way without using any kind of preservatives.

This organic chestnut cream is made from one of the most select products of Galicia, the chestnut, with a flavour that takes you directly to the Galician forests from which it comes, la Sierra del Courel.

This mountain range is a natural Galician landscape of immeasurable beauty. It has very rich vegetation, where we can find chestnut trees surrounding the valleys. This is where the raw material is collected.

The chestnuts are preserved in sand until it is time to prepare them to concentrate the sugars emphasising their characteristic flavour.

Organic processing, recognised with the Organic Farming stamp, which treats the surrounding environment with the greatest respect, and where the production is totally artisan, following traditional methods, keeping the chestnuts in sand until it is time for their preparation and without using pesticides or preservatives.
