Its artisan preparation consists of blanching the rapini and later packing it leaf by leaf by hand, and sterilising it for just the right amount of time to ensure a gourmet preserve maintaining the full flavour and properties provided by this Galician vegetable. A totally artisan and natural product, with no preservatives or additives, just rapini, water, salt and flavour, lots of flavour.
